Our services, models, data and recommendations may change due to industry updates, client need, or any other unforeseen circumstance.
Hardware, Software, and Third-Party Solutions
Our goal is to help our clients improve their digital infrastructure to ensure they and their constituents are able to operate at the highest and most efficient levels possible. However we are not able to test, insure, or otherwise guarantee a perfect solution or an infinitely operating software system or piece hardware due to the fact that we are not the creators, manufacturers, or otherwise involved in the development of any solution we recommend as part of a proposal or contract.
The information and recommendations we provide do not modify or enhance your rights under insurance policies you may have purchased. Please refer to your policy for details about any insurance coverage you may have purchased.
TSN Services
Any service we provide, including but not limited to, general consulting, installation of hardware, installation or configuration of software, or other general labor, is protected by TSN for the benefit of CLIENT by this statement:
If CLIENT is unsatisfied with the service provided as outlined above, TSN will therefore rectify to the satisfaction of CLIENT for no additional charge up to the equivalent of one (1) business day’s worth of labor cost. Any time required to further address the issue after that will be billed at a reduced rate.
This protection does not cover:
malfunctions of hardware, software, or other third-party solutions installed or configured by TSN
CLIENT’s reconsideration of hiring TSN after work has begun as outlined here in Section 4
CLIENT changing, undoing, removing, adding, or otherwise modifying any work done by TSN that resulted in an issue
