If you encounter technical issues by choosing to purchase, download, install, or use any software or hardware recommended by us or accessed via web link from our website, we can provide solutions that may require you to purchase services from us.

Section 3B - Contractual Clause

The Voluntary Usage Agreement as outlined in Section 3A is not applicable to any contractual agreement you may have with The Shepherd Network, unless you encounter technical issues by voluntarily choosing to purchase, download, install, or use any software or hardware in your environment that was not recommended by us as part of our contractual services or consultation. If you choose to purchase, download, install, or use any software or hardware recommended by us or accessed via web link from our website that is not part of our contractual agreement, we can provide solutions that may require you to purchase services from us, in addition to your contractual agreement with us.
